We want you to be completely satisfied with your Perelel products, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unopened and unused items. If your wellness routine isn't a perfect fit, our team is here to help you find a solution that works for your body.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unopened products in their original packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
